Nononcologic Mortality after Pneumonectomy Compared to Lobectomy
This study aimed to compare long-term nononcologic mortality between pneumonectomy and lobectomy patients and investigate factors associated with nononcologic mortality. Medical records of 337 patients who underwent pneumonectomy and 7545 patients who underwent lobectomy from 2009 to 2018 were reviewed. Postoperative morbidity, mortality, and cause of death were investigated.
