USF lands nearly $70 million grant to study Type 1 diabetes

The University of South Florida has yet again secured a national multimillion-dollar grant to further its research. The National Institutes of Health has awarded the university a $69.9 million, four-year grant to continue its research on Type 1 diabetes.
