Alteration of Histopathology in Recurrent Nasal Polyps

Conclusion: NP recurrence is associated with higher inflammatory grade (especially in eosinophilia and neutrophilia). Surgical and corticoid treatments may have an impact on mucosal histopathologic changes but need further certification.ORL
