A patient with probable neuro ‐Behçet's disease presenting a unique linear pontine trigeminal root lesion and a linear subcortical white matter lesion.

ConclusionThe case of a patient with NBD presenting with atypical brain lesions is reported. This NBD in this case may have a pathogenetic mechanism that is different from that of typical NBD.
