Dorsal epidural "Spindle Cell Lipoma" in a pregnant female
CONCLUSION: SCL represents a variant of benign lipomas that may occur in the dorsal thoracic spine. Gross total excision may be followed by a benign clinical course without recurrence or malignant degeneration.
