Ophthalmology residency trainers & #39; perspective on standardization of residency training in India
Conclusion: Teachers expected their wards to become competent professionals. There was near unanimity about the content of clinical skills training, non-medical skills and academics, but there was a significant variation on extent of surgical training that should be imparted to the residents.
