Comparison of abdominal and minimally invasive radical hysterectomy in patients with early stage cervical cancer.

CONCLUSION: In patients with tumor size >2 cm, MIS was associated with higher recurrence rates and poorer DFS than open surgery. However, in patients with tumor size ≤2 cm, MIS did not seem to compromise oncologic outcomes. PMID: 33526992 [PubMed - in process]
