Consistency of genotyping data from simultaneously collected plasma circulating tumor DNA and tumor-DNA in lung cancer patients.

Conclusions: Overall, our data show that circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) was able to identify 75% of the identical information in driver genes, with higher rates of concordance in lung cancer patients with bone metastases or TP53 mutation-positive plasma samples. PMID: 33447418 [PubMed]
