Histopathology of laryngomalacia.

CONCLUSION AND SIGNIFICANCE: The results suggest a mild concurrent laryngitis/supraglottitis in most cases. Eosinophilia is rare and does not support eosinophilic oesophageal reflux as part of the aetiology.
