Phospholipid Analogues as Chemotherapeutic Agents Against Trypanoso matids.

CONCLUSION: Phospholipid analogues are already known for their antiprotozoal activity. Several studies have been conducted in order to synthesize novel derivatives with the aim to improve current treatments such as miltefosine, with promising results.
