In article number2005217, Jun He, Jie Jiang, and co ‐workers demonstrate a novel neuromorphic photoelectric device of vertical van der Waals heterojunction phototransistor based on colloidal zero‐dimensional CsPbBr3‐quantum‐dots/two‐dimensional MoS2 heterojunction channel with a polymer ion ‐gel electrolyte as the gate dielectric. Efficiency‐adjustable photoelectronic Pavlovian associative learning and photoelectronic‐hybrid neuronal gain modulation can be successfully achieved by utilizing the spatiotemporal and photoelectronic synergy approach.
