119 Hypertension, Arterial Compliance and LVAD Pump Function

Hypertension has been implicated as a risk factor for stroke in patients with implanted continuous-flow Left Ventricular Assist Device (LVAD). However, it is difficult to reliably measure Blood Pressure (BP) in this cohort due to very reduced pulsatility.
