Holocord tanycytic ependymoma: An interesting case with unusual presentation, challenging histological diagnosis, and single-staged complete tumor resection

Gross total resection of the tumor was performed in a single-staged surgery. A rare combination of unusual presentation, uncommon histopathological findings, and challenges in the selection of surgical options were discussed with a detailed review of the literature.
