ConclusionsOur data suggest that decreasing ATP4B is an indicator for gastric mucosa malignant transformation and GC aggressive phenotype and it plays an inhibitory role in gastric cancer as a tumor suppressor via regulating mitochondrial metabolism and apoptosis pathway.
