Improved assessment of response status in patients with pancreatic cancer treated with neoadjuvant therapy using somatic mutations and liquid biopsy analysis.

CONCLUSIONS: This study firstly reports that somatic mutations, CTCs and ctDNA existed even in PDAC patients with pCR to NAT, which could possibly predict early recurrence and reduced survival.
