Call for Nominations: Chemical Research in Toxicology Young Investigator Award

Call for Nominations: Chemical Research in Toxicology Young Investigator Award ACS Publications and the ACS Division of Chemical Toxicology are pleased to accept nominations for the Chemical Research in Toxicology Young Investigator Award, an annual award to honor the contributions of a young individual who has had a major impact on research in chemical toxicology or a related field. The award will be presented at the 248th ACS National Meeting, August 10­–14, 2014, in San Francisco, California, during the regularly scheduled ACS Division of Chemical Toxicology programming. The award will consist of an honorarium of $3,000, a plaque, and travel expenses to the meeting, where the awardee will be invited to present a lecture and organize a symposium. The winner will also be invited to submit an article to Chemical Research in Toxicology. Eligibility: Candidates should be within 15 years of having received a PhD and under 40 years of age. Nominations: Nomination packet will consist of a nomination letter plus the candidate's CV and may include up to two seconding letters. Nominations will carry over for two additional years as long as the nominee still meets eligibility requirements.
