CONCLUSION: Complex intervention and electronic voice prompts on disinfectant dispensers improve hand hygiene behaviour in perinatology. Installation of disinfectant dispensers in a child-friendly position and adequate information material appeal to children. The data represent an important contribution to improve hand hygiene of visitors, siblings and staff in hospitals in a pandemic situation.
