Conclusions: CBT-SAD promoted decreases in SAD-specific negative cognitions, and these changes were related to decreases in symptoms. Consistent with the theory that LT corrects misaligned circadian rhythms, LT reduced eveningness, but this did not correspond to symptom improvement.
