[Prevalence and impact of comorbidities in patients with multiple sclerosis].

CONCLUSIONS: Screening, diagnosis and treatment of comorbidities are a key aspect of caring for patients with multiple sclerosis to improve their long-term prognosis in terms of disability, quality of life and mortality.
