ConclusionAspirin, as an adjuvant agent, can enhance the effect of neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy and improve the prognosis of patients with rectal cancer. Neoadjuvant therapy combined with aspirin may be considered a better option for preoperative rectal cancer patients.
