Efficacy of therapeutic plasma exchange in a patient with coagulation inhibitors (acquired haemophilia A) – A case report

We report a case of 73 year old male who presented with haematuria, prolonged activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT) and a very high titres of Factor VIII inhibitors of 98 Bethesda units (BU) and was diagnosed with acquired haemophilia A.
