Authors: Soldath P, Lund A, Vissing J Abstract Late-onset multiple acyl-CoA dehydrogenase deficiency (MADD) is a severe inborn error of fat metabolism. In late-onset MADD, hepatopathy in the form of steatosis is commonplace and considered a benign and stable condition that does not progress to more advanced stages of liver disease, however, progression to cirrhosis and acute liver failure (ALF) has been reported in two previous case reports. Conclusions: This multi-omics based study provides a general view of the complex relationships and an alternative classification for various metabolic diseases where the cross-talk or compensatory mechanism between the immune and metabolism systems plays a critical role.
Conclusion: TMEM16A regulates the four-way interaction between p62, Bcl-2, Beclin-1, and VPS34, and coordinately prevents vascular autophagy and remodeling
Conclusion: Our findings indicate the prognostic and therapeutic significance of miR-182-3p in PAH and provide a new regulatory model of the myeloid-derived miR-182-3p/Myadm/KLF4/p21 axis in PAH vascular remodeling.
Conclusion: This cascade H2S-sensitized synergistic nanoplatform has enabled more effective and lasting anticancer treatment.
Conclusion: The prevalence and risk factors of migraine headache in Arab countries are comparable to reports from western countries. Longitudinal studies are still needed to investigate the prognosis and predictors of chronicity in the arab countries. PMID: 32607079 [PubMed - in process]

Conclusion: In conclusion, when an elevated blood pressure was discovered in elderly persons at a health screening, 70% of those received a hypertension diagnosis within 10 years, with a mean time to diagnosis of 5 years. Health care actions should be enforced to shorten this time lag both in terms of information to the individuals, as well as the handling of this patient group in primary care.
