CONCLUSIONS: TINU occurs in all age groups. Posterior segment manifestations are common. Most patients required systemic steroid therapy, with a significant number requiring long-term systemic immunomodulation. Careful fundus examination is required on all patients with TINU. Conclusion: Isolated renal disease induced by hydralazine as part of drug-induced lupus is uncommon. Our patient developed isolated classic lupus nephritis after hydralazine therapy with no associated systemic vasculitis. CONCLUSIONS: RTX appeared to benefit certain LN patients, but most studies were not randomized or properly controlled, were heterogeneous in design, subjects, and LN types, and were not comparable, and must therefore be interpreted cautiously.
