Effect of electroacupuncture on the expression of P2  × 4, GABAA γ 2 and long-term potentiation in spinal cord of rats with neuropathic pain.

CONCLUSION: The EA stimulation at "Zusanli" and "Kunlun" points can improve the pain threshold of rats with neuropathic pain (NP), inhibit the excitatory postsynaptic potential (EPSP), and weaken the excitatory transmission efficiency between synapses during NP.
