Call for Applications: American Psychiatric Nursing Foundation Research Grant The American Psychiatric Nursing Foundation (APNF) is pleased to continue the research grants program to enhance scientific contributions advancing the knowledge and practice of psychiatric-mental health nursing. APNF established these awards to seed new investigators who are beginning their research careers and will award up to five (5) individual grants of up to $5,000 per award. As such, priority will be given to investigators who are early in their research trajectories and who have not previously had major intra- or extramural funding. Application All application materials must be received by Monday, February 17, 2014 to be considered. Applicants are required to submit a complete application form.  Only complete applications will be considered and incomplete materials will not be reviewed.  One (electronic is preferred) copy of the research proposal must be submitted and should include: Application form Research proposal.  Refer to the application form for detailed proposal guidelines. Human subjects protection documentation. Budget justification. Letter of approval from thesis / dissertation chair (if appropriate). Curriculum vitae or biosketch with research activities.
