Relationship between Accessory Renal Artery and Clinical Characteristics of Middle-Aged Patients with Primary Hypertension.

Conclusion: ARA is related to higher blood pressure and higher direct renin concentration in middle-aged patients with primary hypertension, and these patients deserve stricter blood pressure control.
