We here describe the successful use of faecal microbiota transplantation to eradicate concomitant C. difficile and extensively drug-resistant (XDR) KPC-producing Klebsiella pneumoniae. Donor microbiota efficiently engrafted in the patient, and a donor-like microbial assemblage persisted in the patient during six months follow-up.
