Molecular identification of Nocardia species causing endophthalmitis using multilocus sequence analysis (MLSA): a 10-year perspective.

Conclusions. N. farcinica is the major pathogen, and this is the first report to identify N. otitidiscaviarum, N. amikacinitolerans and N. higoensis as causing endophthalmitis.
