Endovascular versus surgical revascularization in proximal subclavian artery obstruction.
Conclusion: Although with its less invasive character endovascular treatment has gained preference over surgical treatment of proximal subclavian obstruction in many cases, extrathoracic surgical reconstruction can be performed with a higher technical success rate, similar patency and a comparable number of complications.
