Individual Pre-transplant Pneumococcal Antibody Levels and Outcomes in the First Year after Lung Transplantation
We have previously reported that fewer than 30% protective pretransplant pneumococcal antibody levels were significantly related to severe hypogammaglobulinemia (HGG) after lung transplantation. Prospective studies have not been performed to evaluate associations of individual pneumococcal antibody levels with outcomes in lung transplant (LT) population.
