Multimorbidity leads to general practitioners suffering burnout
(Aarhus University) The risk of general practitioners (GPs) suffering burnout increases with the number of patients with complex medical histories. A new study from the Research Unit for General Practice in Denmark is the first to document a correlation between patients with multimorbidity and increased incidences of burnout among their general practitioners.
