Researchers develop tool to identify molecular receptors in worms

(Worcester Polytechnic Institute) Worcester Polytechnic Institute researchers have developed a laboratory tool that could speed up basic research for scientists working with the nematode C. elegans by tagging molecular receptors that are involved in sensing pheromones. The process was published in the Royal Society of Chemistry's Organic& Biomolecular Chemistry journal.
