Recent Penile Sexual Contact Is Associated With an Increased Odds of High-Risk Cervical Human Papillomavirus Infection in Transgender Men

Conclusions Vaginal-receptive penile sex in the last 12 months was associated with a 5-fold increased odds of cervical high-risk HPV infection among TM. Findings can inform future population level study of associations between sexual behaviors and hr-HPV risk, which could lead to more individualized approaches to screening.
