Left and right ventricular speckle tracking study before and after Percutaneous ASD closure in children

ConclusionBy using 4D speckle tracking echocardiography, the left ventricular global longitudinal strain was significantly improved, on the other hand, by 2D speckle tracking echocardiography the right ventricular volume overload decreased and the global longitudinal strain was improved on short term after transcatheter ASD secudum closure in children.
