Philadelphia gene therapy startup raises $75M
Philadelphia gene therapy startup Limelight Bio, whose founders include researchers from the University of Pennsylvania Perelman School of Medicine and Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, has raised $75 million in venture capital financing.
The investment in Limelight was made by Apple Tree Partners, a life sciences innovation fund based in New York City that also provided seed funding to launch Limelight in late 2016.
