Factors influencing the functional outcomes of tibia plateau fractures after surgical fixation
Conclusion: Use of graft if there is collapse on joint surface, early knee motion, and early started full weightbearing after surgical fixation of tibial plateau fracture is essential for successful outcome. Findings of osteoarthritis on X-rays are not related to poor functional outcome at the mid- to long-term follow-up of surgical treated tibial plateau fractured patients.
