Accredited U.S. four-year colleges and universities meeting the provisions described in Internal Revenue Code section 26 USC 501(c)(3) may submit proposals to pursue institutional or departmental objectives in partnership with Kabul Polytechnic University. Two U.S. colleges and universities may collaborate in response to this proposal, but the award will only be made to one college or university as the prime. Sub-agreements with universities in the other countries are also permissible for this grant.
