Pushing the boundaries in Cryobiopsy for ILD - Is FVC

Conclusion: ILD-C can be performed in relatively contraindicated low-FVC patients with a higher risk of PTX, but no increase in bleeding risk or mortality. There is a need to re-examine the ILD-C recommendations in patients with FVC< 50% as patients with a lower FVC can likely be included in the ILD-C spectrum.
