DiscussionThese findings provide evidence supporting the use of technology-driven interventions aiming at alleviating rhythm-related motor deficits in PD such as hypokinetic dysarthria or gait impairment in complement to more traditional therapeutic approaches.
ConclusionsOur results showed that VADL and ABC questionnaires, applied before and after rehabilitation, were important tools to measure the independence, confidence and balance while developing daily activities. VADL and ABC questionnaires may effectively contribute to quantify the effect of the applied therapeutics and, consequently, its impact on the quality of life of patients with PD.

Une meilleure compréhension des mécanismes neuronaux impliquant cette région cérébrale dans la survenue de ces troubles reste nécessaire à l’élaboration de nouvelles stratégies thérapeutiques.
ConclusionLes tâches de résolution de conflit entraînent une altération de l’initiation du pas similaire chez les freezers, non-freezers et témoins. L’électroencéphalographie durant l’ANT combiné à l’initiation du pas semble être pertinente pour une meilleure compréhension de l’influence de l’attention sur l’initiation du pas dans la maladie de Parkinson.
Discussion/conclusionFallers distinguished from non-fallers by disease duration and motor impairment but adding gait measurement improves the accuracy of the clinical data. Further research should concentrate to validate these models in prospective cohorts.
