Loeffler syndrome, is a rare pulmonary manifestation of helminth infestation occurring during the pulmonary phase of the larval cycle. Respiratory symptoms, including cough, dyspnea, fever, and wheezing, in addition to skin, gastrointestinal and nonspecific symptoms can also be present. Helminths most commonly involved include Strongyloides, Ascaris, Ancylostoma and Necator.
