Extraocular muscle positions in anterior plagiocephaly: V-pattern strabismus explained using geometric mophometrics.

CONCLUSIONS: Our results confirm that UCS-associated anomalies of the superior oblique muscle function are associated with malposition of its trochlea in the roof of the orbit.
