Conclusions— Thrombolysed IHS is associated with worse discharge outcomes compared with thrombolysed OHS, likely because of their higher comorbidities and additional medical reasons for the index admission. Thrombolysis is not associated with a higher rate of intracerebral hemorrhage among IHS.
