Prognostic value of serum high-density lipoprotein cholesterol in patients with gallbladder cancer.

CONCLUSION: preoperative serum HDL-C level was closely associated with distant metastasis of patients with GBC. HDL-C level may be a valuable prognostic factor for GBC patients.
