P.377Myasthenia gravis (MG) anti-musk in Argentina: demographic, clinical findings and therapeutic response in a cohort of 56 patients

MuSK antibody positive Myasthenia Gravis (MuSK-MG) is diagnosed between 0-49% cases with generalized seronegative MG in different populations. Segmental muscular atrophy, frequent bulbar symptoms and a high incidence of myasthenic crisis characterize the disease. The aim of this study is to present a large cohort of MuSK-MG patients from Argentina. We performed a retrospective chart review on 56 muscle-specific kinase antibody (MuSK-Ab)-positive myasthenia gravis (MG) patients in nine neuromuscular centers in Argentina.
