CONCLUSIONS: Due to extreme rarity of pheochromocytoma in pregnancy, its impact on the mother and the fetus remains poorly understood. Official guidelines for treatment are not established, which, combined with the complex nature of the disease itself, demands a multidisciplinary and individualized approach.
