Efficacy and safety of topical delgocitinib in patients with chronic hand eczema: data from a randomised, double-blind, vehicle-controlled Phase 2a study.

CONCLUSIONS: In this proof-of-concept study in CHE, delgocitinib ointment was efficacious and well tolerated. As a plateau of efficacy was not observed, a longer treatment period may lead to increased efficacy. Further clinical studies are warranted to confirm these findings in patients with CHE.
