Nasal Sebaceous Carcinoma; A Case Report and Review of the Literature.

This report illustrates a case of a 69-year-old man with an indolent exophytic growth on the medial aspect of his right nasal vestibule. Incisional biopsy demonstrated sebaceous carcinoma. The clinical and pathologic features, in addition to surgical course and the postoperative outcome are discussed. A case based on a review of the literature is presented, focusing on the diagnosis and treatment of this rare skin malignancy.
