Cloning and characterization of the putative AFAP1-AS1 promoter region

This study is the first to clone and characterize the AFAP1-AS1 promoter region. Our findings will help to better understand the underlying mechanism of high AFAP1-AS1 expression in tumorigenesis and to develop new strategies for therapeutic high expression of AFAP1-AS1 in NPC.
