Effects of clinical factors on quality of life following curative gastrectomy for gastric cancer
Conclusions: Advanced stage, application of neoadjuvant therapy, low BMI level, and poor postoperative appetite may deteriorate the postoperative QoL of the patients with gastric cancer.

A tissue ‐adhesive microparticle‐based wound dressing for promoting wound healing after endoscopic surgery is demonstrated. Sprayable dressing of hydrophobized microparticles exhibits the multifunctionality necessary for wound healing including tissue adhesiveness, blood coagulation, re ‐epithelialization, and angiogenesis based on hydrophobic interaction with biological systems. An in vivo feasibility study using swine gastric endoscopic submucosal dissection models reveals suppression of fibrosis and promotion of wound healing. AbstractEndoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD) provides strong therapeutic benefits for ...
Lynch syndrome is the most common inherited cause of gastrointestinal cancer and increases risk for a variety of malignancies, including gastric cancer. We aimed to identify clinical factors associated with gastric cancer in carriers of germline variants causing Lynch syndrome.
