Screening of novel drugs for inhibiting hepatitis E virus replication.

In conclusion, we constructed an HEV replicon system for anti-HEV drug screening and a novel cell-culture system to strictly evaluate the replication-inhibitory activities of the obtained anti-HEV candidates.
